GreeneStock Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Tyson Grace to our team. Most recently, Tyson was a Senior Manager in the Cincinnati office of Grant Thornton. His responsibilities included developing and maintaining client relationships, researching and concluding on technical accounting issues, audit engagement management and business development. Prior to Grant Thornton, Tyson spent two years with Fifth Third Bancorp as an Assistant Vice President. Under this role, his responsibilities included supervision of quality assurance reviews, preparation of a monthly risk-reporting matrix for Executive Management and development of Company-wide training courses. Tyson began his career in the Cincinnati office of PricewaterhouseCoopers where he rose to the level of Audit Manager. Tyson earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio.

Tyson has served public and private companies in a wide array of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology and restaurants. Tyson has extensive experience in accounting research and implementation, financial statement preparation and analysis, acquisition services including due diligence, purchase accounting and financial integration, SEC reporting matters, internal control documentation and audit preparation and assistance.
