Prior to co-founding GreeneStock Consulting in 2005, Jason served as an audit manager in the Cincinnati office of Grant Thornton LLP. He started his career in Grant Thornton's Denver office and transferred to Cincinnati in 2001. Jason has served public and private companies in a wide array of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, real estate, hospitality, and technology.

Jason is recognized for his astute attention to detail and strong technical skills. These traits have made him a respected advisor to numerous companies, including their owners, boards, audit committees and investment partners. Jason's relevant first-hand experiences include the following: accounting research and implementation, acquisition services, monthly financial statement preparation and analysis, IPO assistance, internal control documentation and analysis, and inventory costing analysis.

Jason received his Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Jason and his wife have two children and reside in Cincinnati. He has been involved in a variety of community activities and currently serves on the Board of Directors for a local privately-held company in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Prior to co-founding GreeneStock Consulting in 2005, Kim served as a Senior Manager in the Cincinnati office of Grant Thornton LLP. In this role, Kim developed extensive experience assisting public and private companies with such services as financial statement audits, merger and acquisition assistance, and internal control documentation and analysis, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. She has served a variety of industries, including manufacturing & distribution, services and technology.

Known for her solid technical and analytical skills, Kim brings the skill set to assist growth-oriented companies with meeting their non-attest accounting needs. She has worked extensively with owners, management, private equity groups and audit committees, providing services such as the following: accounting research and implementation, due diligence, purchase accounting, international-to-US GAAP adjustments, consolidations, projections, internal control analysis, and complex financial and SEC reporting matters.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kim and her husband have two children and reside in Cincinnati. She has served in various community activities, including as Treasurer of a local non-profit organization dedicated to ending the cycle of child abuse, and on the advisory board of a non-profit organization providing education programs and networking opportunities for entrepreneurs.
